$200 investment for a 90-minute Initial Evaluation

The first appointment we spend time discussing whatever is relevant in your history that you would like to share and drop into areas of concerns, goals and desires on what/how to discover/nourish and heal your relationship with your body. We focus on your relationship with movement within your body, breathing practices and where you disconnect from the body and its needs. I will explore some foundational practices and exploration based on your needs and goals.

$150 for 75-minute follow-up appointment.

I no longer accept health insurance, although this work can be covered by and HSA account, etc. I can gladly offer a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company in the even that you have Out-of-Network Benefits. The super- bill has all of the ICD-10 codes and procedure codes that your insurance requires.
